These include everything we need to know about your products for sale including FOB & SRP pricing, production size and levels, closure, warehousing location(s), minimum order quantities, current and desired markets, label art, bottle/product shots, technical sheets, logos, awards, accolades and ratings and more. We strive to be hands-on and able to answers common questions on your behalf.

  • The intake process is based on our clients delivery of onboarding documents and information. You can expect active outreach to begin within 2-6 weeks of us receiving your completed intake documents and service fee. Our timeline is dependant on whether we need to translate any collateral, clarify any data and our current client queue.

  • Our team maintains detailed records of outreach efforts, distributor & importer feedback, notes and comments. We provide you with monthly updates detailing market by market outreach efforts, statuses and responses. Additionally, we facilitate sample requests in real time and alert you when there is a pattern in feedback that could be beneficial to your customized strategy.

  • We use your intake information to create a brand identity one-sheet. This includes the most pertinent information a distributor/importer needs to consider your brand(s). Customized emails to hand selected potential partners incorporate tried and true techniques to attract your product to their portfolio. We have an over 90% open and response rate to our outreach emails.

  • This varies based on specific client needs and strategies. Typically, we start by identifying the top 2-3 partners in any given market. However, we will continue to work through our extensive contact network should our primary outreach be declined. Our database and relationships encompass the majority of available partners in the United States. We respect both sides of the business; only offering your product to those partners who will represent you well. Our reputation relies on creating mutually beneficial relationships. Recognizing that samples and shipping cost you money, we will only recommend sending samples if we strongly believe in the potential for a good fit. Our efforts identify ideal partners as quickly as possible.

  • SWIG’s standard is 9 months from commencement of outreach activities. In reality, we never stop working for you. Unless otherwise requested, your products will remain in our database of offerings. Our standard placement period is detailed in your contract.
