The concept for SWIG Partners began in 2020 over a few glasses of wine between our Co-Founders. Wineries within the US and the world over would frequently request their assistance with import, distribution and navigating the complexities of the American 3 tier distribution system. Joining forces and combining their vast network of resources was the logical step in order to better serve these needs.

Many producers were struggling to identify appropriate import and/or distribution partners. Often, their own outreach went unanswered or they spent great sums of money on long-term contracts with minimal results.

The US alcoholic beverage industry has thousands of unique importers and distributors, state-by-state regulations, and a federal 3-tier infrastructure.
